Items required for WFH should normally be delivered to campus and collected by staff, delivery to your home address should only be requested if collection from campus is not possible.
To request this please select Submit a query to IS Business Support from the image below and then Raising an order. You will be redirected to an IS Procurement page which details how to submit an IS Procurement form. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange for items to be delivered to your home through raising an order on FMS as personal details cannot be retained on the system for GDPR purposes however, we can purchase using the departmental Purchasing Card. Please outline the details of the items you would like ordered and add your address details to the Comments box of the form. Once the form has been saved IS Business Support will be alerted of your request and will update the IS Procurement Form once the order has been raised to allow you to view its status. Please be aware that any personal address details will be redacted from IS Business Support records for GDPR purposes.
