You can select the image for Submit a query to IS Business Support below and then select Departmental Safety Inspection from Type of Enquiry. There will be an option to attach the completed Departmental Safety Inspection S24c Form. If there are any issues to be reported to Estates on the form you can also select this. Once an item has been reported you’ll be sent an email updating you and you can also see this in the List of current issues reported to Estates.
