Some software when downloaded & launched will pop up with an error stating ***.dll is missing and reinstalling the program may help.

The problem doesn’t lie with the downloaded software and reinstalling will not have any effect, but that there is a missing file required from a C++ Redistributable which won’t be installed.

Downloading and installing the installation file(s) below will resolve the issue.

These include 2015, 2017 & 2019 redistributables, both 32 & 64bit may be required so download & install both. This also applies to api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll
