The following solution is designed to help customer with resetting a laptop that is on autopilot and managed via Intune. In case the customer fails to reset the laptop due to different reasons such as the laptop being deleted from autopilot prior to resetting process completed then the customer should log a ticket and liaise it with the relevant support team.
