Here’s what you need to do:


  1. Click on ‘Submit a query to IS Business Support’ below.
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Telephone / Mobile Devices Service Item.
  3. From the dropdown menu titled Type of enquiry choose Extension number request. 
  4. When you’re done, click Place request. 

 

IS Business Support will get notified and handle the rest, liaising directly with yourself.
