Requests to purchase additional annual leave should be discussed with your line manager and Assistant Director to consider if additional annual leave can be managed operationally within your team and can be accommodated within the holiday year. The Director reviews these requests by June 30th each year. You'll get a written decision, and HR will send a confirmation letter. Approved PAL is added to the Absence Database each holiday year.
