The ability to post a notice in Myplace is controlled by a number of things:

1. You must be a member of staff*
2. You need to hold a "teaching" role on at least 1 Myplace site.

* This means you must have a "full" Active Directory username of user type Staff or Both, or a Temporary IT Access account.
