When you create a Form, the settings allow you to choose who can respond:

- Everyone in the University.  This is the default setting.  The respondent's name is recorded by default, but you can choose to switch this off.

- Specific people/groups within the University

- Anyone who has the link to the Form.  Responses are anonymous.

Forms are used to collect data from individuals, so it is important to keep GDPR and data protection in mind when using Forms.
