If you are travelling to a different country and you have set up the authenticator, this will still work overseas. If you are unable to access mobile data overseas you can use the code from within the app. Please see I'm Being Asked To Authenticate But I Have No Signal Or Wifi On My Phone.
If you are travelling to a different country and have only text authentication set up, this will fail as the dialling code will have changed. We can reset your MFA to allow you to set it up again on your new device. We will need to verify your identity so please email us at [email protected] from the personal email address you have registered in Pegasus and quote your DS username and university email address.
