How do I set up MFA for verification by text?
If you are not able to use the authenticator app you can set up for text verification. In some circumstances it may be preferable to set up text verification first and then set up the app.

If you have previously set up authentication methods which have stopped working, please email help@strath.ac.uk, to request an MFA reset. If you cannot access your university email, please email from the personal email address that you have registered on Pegasus.
Please include your DS username or registration number.
