If you have a new phone or have performed a factory reset it is easy to set up authentication if you still have an existing method of authentication available. This can be the authenticator app on your old phone or text verification. If you have access to an existing method of authentication, follow the instructions in the attached guide.
If you do not still have access to an existing method of authentication or you experience any difficulties, we can reset your MFA to allow you the set it up again on your new device. We will need to verify your identity so please email us ([email protected]) from the personal email address you have registered in Pegasus and quote your DS username and university email address.
