There is no tasks archive in Planner as such.  

When a task's status is set to Completed, it moves to the Completed section at the foot of the bucket.  The section is minimised by default but can be opened and tasks re-activated if necessary.   

An alternative is to create a bucket named Archive into which you can drag and drop completed tasks.
