Sometimes it happens that the VPN connection is being initialized, but instead the error "Failed to attach to key daemon" appears. This is mainly with Windows client version and Windows devices.

Advise the customer to check the internet connection 

Advise the customer to install all the Windows updates 

Advise the customer to restart the device 

Advice the customer to re-install the ShrewSoft client
