Library & IT Portal - How do I log in?

The Library & IT Portal can only be accessed by University of Strathclyde Students and Staff. External users, or anyone unable to access their Strathclyde account, should email help@strath.ac.uk.

You can log in to the User Portal by:

clicking on the Sign in button in the top right of the User Portal

If you have logged in to your University e-mail you may be automatically logged in at this point. If not. enter your University e-mail address when prompted and click Next

Next, enter your password (the same one you log on to University computers with) and click Sign in
If you are using Multi Factor Authentication, you may need to confirm the log in via your mobile device. If you are having issues with MFA, please visit the MFA FAQ - https://www.strath.ac.uk/professionalservices/is/cybersecurity/mfa/

You will now return to the User Portal and the Sign Out button will confirm if you are logged on
