The Library is part of the Curran Building. The official address is St James Road but the building lies between St James Road and Cathedral Street.

There isn’t any visitor parking on the campus but the streets nearby are metered and are Ringoed. The residential area north of St James Road behind the library has plenty of meters. There is no parking at all on Cathedral Street itself.
Alternatively, the NCP in Montrose Street at the west end of the campus is about a five minute walk to the library. If you park here, walk up the hill and turn right onto Cathedral Street, going past City of Glasgow College. The university library entrance is on the left in a pedestrianised area just after some buildings under construction but it’s not well sign posted. If you get to John Smith’s Bookshop heading east on Cathedral Street, you need to backtrack about 50 yards.
Come up the stairs to the main entrance of the library and report to staff at the turnstiles.
Trains
The nearest train station is Glasgow Queen Street station. Glasgow Central Station is also within walking distance, or there are buses from Glasgow Central which run along Cathedral Street.
